Card payments will be processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. and UniCredit Bank, securely and certified in compliance with all applicable regulations governing online payments.
Available Payment Methods
Article 9
Payment for products on our online store can be made by one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard – that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. and UniCredit Bank, securely and certified through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the payment card details.
Once the card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and the order is approved and enters the further process for delivery preparation. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.
The transaction will be completed and the amount will be deducted from your account only after the purchase is confirmed as outlined in Article 14. If payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days of your order acceptance, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period, the reserved money on your account will be released and will be available to you again. You can then repeat the same or a new order and make payment related to it.
Please check with the bank that issued your card whether your card supports online payments.
Data Protection during Payment
Article 10
When entering payment card details, sensitive information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying the latest tokenization methods for sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are payment card details accessible to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – The AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically enrolled in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring secure purchases for customers. Card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system, and the data entry is protected by SSL encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – The AllSecure Payment Gateway continuously complies with all card organization requirements to enhance merchant and customer security. Since 2005, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, representing the highest industry standard. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, through communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, to the subsequent storage of this data.
Refund Policy
Article 11
In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously paid using a payment card, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the refund will be processed exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, or MasterCard used for the payment. This means that our bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account upon our request.
